Our work is focused in three key areas:

Coaching Skills Development for Leaders

Today’s organizations do not typically have the resources to hire a team of internal or external coaches to develop their people. They would rather invest in leaders who can engage employees and get them from where they are to where they need to be. We work with organizations to teach leaders how to do this themselves in support of business objectives. We utilize a combination of in-person workshops, online forums, and eLearning to support the development of practical coaching skills.

Blended and Online Learning Design

We help organizations benefit from the scalability, cost savings, and delivery ease of online learning. Even more importantly, we bring expertise to ensure it is interactive, interesting, and engaging. We utilize online learning to engage people and build initial understanding so that in-person classroom time can better utilized for coaching and application. Our clients utilize our expertise to develop online learning that is effective for both their people and their budgets.

Productivity Coaching and Workshops

We teach individuals and teams the productivity tools that will help them work more efficiently and proactively. We establish new systems for our clients that help them manage incoming workflow quickly and effectively. In addition, we will work with individuals to recommend the best hardware and software technology to support their productivity. We dialogue with clients extensively during this process to ensure their new systems are sustainable.
