What Makes Us Unique

• RESULTS: We are businesspeople, not theorists.  Our leadership team has decades of combined experience in executive roles, sales leadership, franchise support, and small business management.  We understand the importance of top line growth for bottom-line results and developing talent that supports those objectives.

• TECHNOLOGY: We know technology well and we use it extensively.  What was cost prohibitive just a few years ago can be achieved quickly, effectively, and inexpensively with today’s technology.  We help our clients understand and utilize technological resources to assist their people in moving fast, developing quickly, and minimizing waste.

• EXPERTISE: We know our stuff and we update it constantly.  Our leadership team is doctorally trained in organizational leadership.  Our partners are field experts, authors, and speakers.  We watch Harvard lectures in our spare time (really, we do).  Our clients want expertise to make the right call the first time.  We support them with the knowledge and structures to do that.

Bonni Stachowiak, Ed.D.
President

Bonni enjoys the opportunities she has to help individuals in the professional and academic worlds maximize their potential. In her role at Innovate Learning, she partners with organizations to assist them in achieving their goals through a results-oriented and intrinsically motivated workforce. As an Associate Professor of Business and Management at Vanguard University of Southern California, Bonni teaches courses in business, marketing, leadership, and human resources. She has over 15 years of business experience and prior to transitioning to academic roles and consulting opportunities, she held executive positions in human resources and corporate learning for franchise and education organizations.

Bonni’s unique background in learning, leadership, and technology brings her clients an innovative and results-oriented approach to organizational growth and achievement.

Qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the DiSC instrument, and other personality and career inventories, Bonni enjoys helping people achieve their potential and bring true passion and competence to their professional roles.

 
Dave Stachowiak
Vice President

For over a decade, Dave Stachowiak has helped engineers and businesspeople develop skills and habits to become more effective leaders. In 2006, Dave joined Innovate Learning with wife Bonni Stachowiak. In his work at Innovate Learning, Dave helps analytical leaders communicate confidently, develop effective human relations skills, and utilize technology to improve personal productivity.

As an advocate for leadership development that drives business innovation, Dave brings transparency, structure, and results-orientation to his work with leaders. He serves client organizations that value the technological and analytical strengths of their people and want to leverage those strengths in larger leadership capacities.

Dave is also a senior instructor at Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles. In this capacity, Dave has been consistently listed by clients as one of the top instructors in the global organization. He has provided over 5,000 hours of coaching and training for leaders in some of Southern California’s most important technology programs, including extensive service to the F-18 Super Hornet and F-35 Joint Strike Fighter programs.

He has worked with leaders at the Northrop Grumman Corporation, The Boeing Company, ExxonMobil, American Honda, and Sole Technology. In addition, Dave brings business management experience from his earlier career in the for-profit education industry.
